Join Our Team as an Electrician at AAM Three Rivers, MI Manufacturing Facility! Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a dynamic role in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment? Look no further! AAM Three Rivers is seeking skilled Electricians to join our team.
If you have a Journeyman's card or at least 7 years of direct electrician experience, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
Journeyman's card or 7
years of direct electrician experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment (not facilities maintenance).
Proficiency in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), and various circuitry (480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC).
PLC experience, with preference for Allen Bradley.
Familiarity with Program Frequency Drives parameters.
CNC experience preferred, with knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
Flexibility in balancing PLC and CNC expertise.
Shifts and Pay:
Shifts are assigned based on seniority in our union environment.
Expect to start on 2nd or 3rd shift.
1st shift:
6AM - 2PM; 2nd shift:
2PM - 10PM; 3rd shift:
10PM - 6AM.
Competitive pay range:
$35-$39 per hour, with a $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Overtime:
Mandated 2/3 Saturdays a month as per union contract.
Overtime schedules posted weekly and rotate.
Overtime pay:

5x hourly pay for over 40 hours and Saturdays; 2x hourly pay for Sundays and holidays.
