Position:
Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and product quality.
2.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive new product introductions, from concept through production, while adhering to project timelines.
3.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
4.
Perform process validation and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing solutions to enhance overall productivity.
6.
Troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
7.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles and innovative techniques.
8.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate new materials, equipment, and technologies to optimize production processes.
9.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all manufacturing personnel.
10.
Provide technical support and training to production teams to enhance their understanding of manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2.
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or a similar role within the mention industry or sector .
3.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and experience with manufacturing process simulation tools.
4.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, welding, assembly, and quality control methodologies.
5.
Familiarity with Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
6.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in a fast-paced environment.
7.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
9.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
10.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
